Ms. Gomez's Explorers

The first week of school was great! I was very excited to meet all of my wonderful students. 

 

The second week was even better as we had guest speakers come to our class to educate us about the Hawaiian sailing vessel, The Hokule'a. Our guest speakers were teachers from Punahou School in Honolulu. They even taught us some Hawaiian words and helped the students learn about the structure of a wooden sailing vessel. Mahalo Punahou!
